Sound Bath Join me for a sound bath with guided meditation. In this hour-long session, I will guide you through a relaxing body scan while playing the crystal bowls, chimes, and panda drum. Take some time from screen time and rest and relax with me. May I suggest playing this on a speaker with full bass to enhance the vibration experienced in class while in-person.
