8. Attitude
- Invite right toe forward
- Slowly begin half circle, work toe taps behind
- Keeping hips forward (similar to Warrior I)
- Feel work between thighs and glutes as toes go back
- Nice and soft and you move forward and back
- Engagement of inner thigh
- Move back to Mountain
- Turn around and move to other side
